Roasted Salmon with Lime Drizzle
I share posts with this dish many times because it is one of my favorite meals. It has a ton of flavor, doesn’t have a lot of ingredients, and is easy to make.
The dish can be like a “bowl" if you prefer. You can serve it with some brown rice and vegetable like broccolini, spinach, or asparagus. And, it makes excellent leftovers for lunch.
What I like most about this recipe is the full dish can be ready in less than an hour and doesn't take a lot of active cooking time. In the recipe below, I’ve shared the steps from when you start to when you are ready to serve.
